Complete Design and Renovation Services A complete interior design and renovation project starts with an in-home consultation with you allowing us to understand your home and the space you wish to have designed and renovated, your personal style and taste, as well as the challenges you have experienced in your space. After the initial consultation, Innova begins the detailed interior design of your space including: o layout drawings demonstrating how the new space with function o electrical / mechanical drawings o elevation drawings that will show you how the completed space will appear o material and finish selections including o flooring o cabinetry o countertops o cabinetry handles o backsplash o paint colours o any other design features such as wallpapers, window coverings, and upholstery o electrical and plumbing fixtures including o lighting fixtures o sinks, faucets, and all plumbing fixtures Upon completion of the design, there is a detailed design meeting with yourselves in the Innova showroom and design centre where all the details are reviewed and critiqued with yourself and any required changes are identified. After the design drawings and selections are finalized based on changes identified at the design meeting, the project then goes into pricing and contract based on all the design details to ensure you a clear understanding of what will be installed during construction and the project construction start is determined.
